We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location in the IT area was perfect for us as it took us only 10-15 minutes to get to work. The staff here were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with printing tickets and providing useful information. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, making it difficult to get up in the mornings. The AC worked perfectly and was quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The room itself was spacious, with plenty of storage for our luggage. The free wifi had good speed, allowing us to watch videos and video chat with our loved ones. The onsite pool table was a fun addition and the outside pool, although a little small, was a great place to relax.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The staff at Aloft Chennai Omr It Expressway was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. When my room's AC went off in the middle of the night, they immediately sent someone to fix it. They also provided quick assistance when the set-top box needed to be recharged. Despite these minor issues, the big smile on the faces of the staff always made me feel welcomed. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel in the business district on the IT expressway is great, with easy access to the highway and close to many shops. the staff, especially Ritika in the front office, are friendly and accommodating. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with great air conditioning. the food and drinks on site are affordable and tasty.

Minor issues with room service and some delay in taking orders.
